Hi, I'm Camile!
I remember being a kid, running around barefoot in my mother’s garden. I’d make her bouquets with fistfuls of foraged dandelions and forget-me-nots. Excitement would flow through me every time I’d hide my creations behind my back before presenting them to her.
Twenty years later, I still feel the same excitement when designing from my home studio in Seattle, WA with the most gorgeous blooms in the Pacific Northwest. I freaking LOVE whimsy, texture, and color! Creating designs that remind me of all the wild whimsy life has to offer is one of my favorite parts of the process. It is incredibly important to me to do everything in my power to make sure future generations are able to enjoy the beauty of flowers. With that being said, I am constantly learning, researching, and testing new ways to create artistic floral designs that leave zero footprint. Everything that I design with is either compostable or reusable, and it always will be!
I truly believe that the ways in which this business has thrived is from my passion for community and for bringing art into people’s lives. I take great pride in sourcing as many blooms from the Seattle Wholesale Grower’s Market, and local flower farms as possible. This community is a huge part of what makes each of our events so unique, as many florists in other parts of the country do not have the same access we do. It is my honor to get to do what I do. Each piece I create comes straight from the very bottom of my heart. My favorite part is seeing my client’s faces when I hand them their unique creations. All of their stories, favorite colors, and textures come together to create a specific expression of who they are, and that, to me, is a beautiful thing to witness.
